One of our brewery stops was the Browerij De Hemel in Nijmegen, Netherlands. We nearly overwhelmed the small brewery. They gave us a brief tour of their facility and then we go down to the business of tasting their brews. After the tour many of us hung around and enjoyed a beer in the garden or headed into town to visit one of the local pubs.
Quote from Don Russell "De Hemel Grand Cru, a strong, dark ale I would’ve saved for my cellar if I hadn’t cracked it open during one late-night bottle-share along the Scheldt River."Sorry to hear that Don, I guess you will just have to go back! :-)
