Galapagos is back

The travel world is starting to open up again.  Here's one more indication:  Silverseas will restart their Galapagos sailings in  mid June.

Silversea

Silversea just introduced a new expedition ship called Silversea Origin.  We were on their old ship, but still had an outstanding time. The new Origin though is clearly an upgrade - complete with more zodiacs and beautiful accommodations.  Silversea offers a truly luxury experience, even in their expedition voyages including:  flights and pre/post hotel stays, several high level / small group expeditions each day, great food, many included beverages, butler service in the upgraded cabins and all gratuities.

Celebrity

Celebrity leads the pack in terms of Galapagos experience.  They also just introduced a new ship called Flora which is truly spectacular in design.   Celebrity starts early in July 2021 and offers a large number of options in terms of itinerary, duration and extensions.   Our guests who sailed on Flora's predecessor raved about teh food, service and excursions.

When to book?

Ready to book?  These trips always book up early.  Despite their higher level price point, it's unusual to have your choice of cabin unless you start planning a year in advance. But with COVID restrictions loosening, you may your chance if you act quickly
